Elfreda is the founder of KilSah Consulting.  An international development specialist focused on developing small businesses and youth entrepreneurs in Africa; she is a strong promoter of women’s economic empowerment.  She has over fifteen years of experience working in the private sector. Her areas of expertise include enterprise development, capacity building, value-chain strengthening, and policy reform. She has worked in multiple countries in West Africa, including Nigeria, Liberia, and Ghana.  She has offered consulting services on international policies and has aided public and private organizations in creating solutions for an enabling business environment.

Elfreda holds a B.A in Entrepreneurship & Management. She also holds an MBA in Operations Management, an MBA in International Business, and an MSc in International Policy Management from Kennesaw State University. She is an IFC LPI Certified Trainer.

As a managing partner, Uchendu assists in developing the strategic decisions and leadership of the firm. He is responsible for partners and client relationships and team development. His goal is ensure impact and profitability of the firm. Uchendu holds an Postgraduate Diploma and a MSc in International Business from the University of Glasgow, U.K. He is a Certified Learning performance Institute Trainer and also a Circo Nigeria Trainer. He is a certified BDSP consultant with SMEDAN. A faculty of the Enterprise development Centre, Pan Atlantic University. Lagos, Nigeria. he holds a certificate in investment Management from Aspen network of Entrepreneurs . He has support over 10,000 MSMEs across Nigeria and Africa through various local and international projects.These initiates focuses on capacity building, entrepreneurial development, financial literacy, Mentorship programs , accelerators and incubation programs.

Bukola coordinates the daily operations and management activities in Nigeria. She has led project design and implementation to support women-owned businesses’ access to the market. She works to promote youth empowerment and is passionate about promoting mental health awareness. Bukola advocates for gender equality and promotes women and girls’ participation in the market. She is result oriented. Bukola holds a bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies from the University of Ilorin.

Timileyin is responsible for ensuring our programs meet the impact goals we set. She is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships through our different channels. She works to develop key indicators to measure projects’ success, evaluates the indicators, and ensures projects are impactful. She is purpose-driven and passionate about women’s empowerment.

Chinasa Ani is a seasoned Program Coordinator with over 10 years of experience implementing impactful youth development and community-based programs across Nigeria. She has expertise in program management, stakeholder engagement, outreach coordination, volunteer management, donor reporting, and a strong background in the NGO sector.

She has worked extensively with the Youth Development and Empowerment Initiative on donor-funded projects supported by Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMoH), UNFPA and UNICEF, where she managed youth-focused programs, supervised teams, and coordinated volunteers. With an academic background in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology, Chinasa brings a strategic and innovative approach to program implementation and organizational growth. She is passionate about empowering young people and supporting programs that help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) grow, thrive, and achieve sustainable impact through innovative development initiatives and capacity-building programs.
