Who we are
KilSah Consulting is a business support organization that provides advisory, policy research, and business support services for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Entrepreneurs. We work with governments, development agencies, banks, and nonprofits, to develop and implement initiatives that promote MSMEs development. Our services enable MSMEs to operate efficiently to contribute to economic growth, job creation, and poverty alleviation. Founded in 2016, KilSah brings a targeted perspective to small businesses and entrepreneurs’ development. With a commitment to sustainable economic growth, we provide solutions that benefit the current generation while keeping the environment and the future generation in mind. With a foundation of integrity and professionalism, we built KilSah on our passion for small businesses.

Elfreda K. Sheriff
Founder & CEO
Elfreda is the founder of KilSah Consulting. An international development specialist focused on developing small businesses and youth entrepreneurs in Africa; she is a strong promoter of women’s economic empowerment. She has over fifteen years of experience working in the private sector. Her areas of expertise include enterprise development, capacity building, value-chain strengthening, and policy reform. She has worked in multiple countries in West Africa, including Nigeria, Liberia, and Ghana. She has offered consulting services on international policies and has aided public and private organizations in creating solutions for an enabling business environment.
Elfreda holds a B.A in Entrepreneurship & Management. She also holds an MBA in Operations Management, an MBA in International Business, and an MSc in International Policy Management from Kennesaw State University. She is an IFC LPI Certified Trainer.

Betty Kalembo
Business Development Manager
Betty is responsible for business development for KilSah Consulting. She manages relationships with our partners. Betty is a gender equality advocate and provides leadership on KilSah’s women development initiatives. She has experience in social inclusion, social work, and women empowerment. Her responsibilities also include proposal design and writing, compliance, and financial management.
Bukola Oyinloye
Operations Lead
Bukola coordinates the daily operations and management activities in Nigeria. She has led project design and implementation to support women-owned businesses’ access to the market. She works to promote youth empowerment and is passionate about promoting mental health awareness. Bukola advocates for gender equality and promotes women and girls’ participation in the market. She is result oriented. Bukola holds a bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies from the University of Ilorin.
Garnayee Paye
Program Associate
Garnayee is responsible for supporting the implementation of various development programs for small businesses and youth entrepreneurs. His experience is in delivering courses to youths in various communities. Garnayee is committed to youth development. He supports initiatives for local outreach and engagement efforts development projects. Garnayee holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and Public Administration.
Timileyin Odeleye
Impact and Evaluation Associate
Timileyin is responsible for ensuring our programs meet the impact goals we set. She is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships through our different channels. She works to develop key indicators to measure projects’ success, evaluates the indicators, and ensures projects are impactful. She is purpose-driven and passionate about women’s empowerment.
Bendu Paye
Administrative Assistant
Bendu is the administrative assistant at KilSah. She manages training locations and dates, and prepares manuals, including assembling training materials. She is responsible for coordinating meeting requests and providing logistical support. She developed a passion for micro and small businesses after working with her mother’s micro-business. She is an advocate for women empowerment through economic inclusion. She is currently a student a Starz Institute of Technology, studying Management Information Systems.
